thanks for that, just what I needed.

As for what I am doing, a 1800mile journey raising money for childline, taking us from San Diego to Lake Isabella, then to Lake Isabella and Yosemite before skirting Lake Tahoe on our way to Monterey, then down to Santa Barbara before ending our ride in Santa Monica.
Although we are flying in to Seattle and doing 1800 miles with 8 others befpre joing the rest of the crew! going to be a tough two weeks
We are doing it with a odd assortment of guys some of which are Musically talented :)

I have done several previous trips but the chap who has always converted a bike for me sold up and retired and I couldn't find anyone else out there willing to convert and rent me something.
I had a motorcycle accident 12 years ago and since have no use of the left arm, so require a adapted clutch and some change to the switch gear which the chap from Canada was happy to do allowing me to ride Harleys like the others.
This year there will be 29 Harleys and a crosstourer! As you can imagine the DCT is really helpful for me as the adaptions were less than perfect :)

If your interested in the previous trips or fancy following my trip as I go you can find more info https://jennyandwayne.wordpress.com/
Or have a look at the organisers page, its much more professional(ish) http://www.sonsofroyalty.com/
