    Hi there
I'm pleased to be here and pleased to be three weeks into what I think will be an enjoyable ownership experience of a 2016 manual Crosstourer Highlander.  I came to the CR changing from an Africa Twin DCT that I had had from new.  I liked the AT but missed road tyres/suspension and after a quick whiz out on a CR I'm sold!  Great turn in, great brakes, great suspension, and, great engine.  And no chain!
DCT is good for touring , not so for making 'progress' on some of the bumpy twisty we have near me.

:400: and safe riding  :305: I have no problem with DCT on our crap minor country roads - I use manual mode all the time with more control.

Welcome to the forum and congrats!  Unbeknownst to Yasko, I began using his riding strategy on the DCT, switching to manual on the more technical roads.   Not that it matters as you have a MT...just a point of.interest to everyone here in the forum, potential owners, etc.
