Gasoline Octane Requirements for our bikes?

Is there a minimum octane requirement specified by Honda?  I don't recall seeing anything in my owners manual.

Mine says Pump Octane Number (PON) 91 or higher which seems to equal about 95 RON meaning premium gas over here.

Regular Unleaded at the pump in NA has an "average" octane number of 87 but to get to that number, the gasoline blend will have a Research number of about 92 and a motor number of about 82.  So, if you go back to the question of octane requirement for our VFRX's, 87 meets both a Research number of 91 or higher AND an average octane (R+M)/2 of 86 or higher.

here in the UK we have two options supermarket fuel  or named brand  BP , shell etc, i my self go for BP because its near
