Hello from Maryville , TN. near The Dragon . I recently sold my 2014 V-Strom1000 and bought a new '16 VFR1200X . Only 300 miles on it so far. Looking forward to dialing it in the way I want it .  I'll be looking for meet-ups and events near me to see other VFRs and the owners.

Thanks , Georgia. I was a bit closer to Atlanta Saturday . We rode down to T.W.O. in Suches for the Yamaha YSR Get-Together . It was a good event with the old familiar smell of 2 stroke oil in the air. The VFR worked great . Lots of tight twisties.

Welcome from NC, I am a former V Strom owner too. You have entered a completely different class of bike, enjoy. I just did 1300 miles this past weekend up through WV and VA. This bike is truly an amazing simple machine that lets you pile on the miles in complete comfort. I admin a FB page dedicated to our awesome machines, come by and join.
