Sensor ring

Hi chaps ,

Ordered new sensor ring for 2013 vfr1200xdd.got delivered one that looked totally diffrent.  Greater diameter and closer to sensor , checked parts catalogues and all show the one I have been delivered any thoughts. .?

Surley if the diameter is much bigger it wouldnt align  with the sensor ?

Agreed and it does not align ,  and that's my question ? Have tried useing chassis number and it brings up same part . Mystery.  Am going to Honda dealer today see what they say .

44515MGH640   is that the number    front or 42515MGH641  for the rear

Yup correct part numbers ,  just discovered today from a tame Honda mechanic that it has the sensor ring for a F. Model so bought a second hand one off him . 
Just need to do some fiddling about as the bike has been converted to a trike and nothing is simple on this

Ahh that explains it    bet the dct is ideal for a trike

Well yes it is for the short time I have been able to ride ,hoping to get this pro sorted before I get too old
