    How do I set current fuel mileage?

    I'm slightly confused on the above I want to be able to display this option but the handbook is quite vague any tips please

    If you scroll through the FCD button there are 3 options. Current miles per litre, average miles per litre and no display.

    As above, you can also set to km/l

    Once you get onto "reserve" it will flash miles or kms left

    OK thanks for on my last bike there was the option that indicated total miles for the fuel in the tank but not for this bike. Clears that up

    Use the total/trip button to reset tripmeter A and B at your next fill up. It will also clear your historic avg mpg readout and start calculating the average mpg afresh.

    If you can get more than 50 mpg your riding it too slowly.

    It’s not the most frugal of bikes that I have owned.
    But that V4 engine is a peach.

    Another poster says he is getting 50 on his manual. My DCT is pretty consistent 42, unless a lot of city stop and go or I’m riding it 6500-8000 rpm most of the tank.

    Don’t forget people.

    USA mpg isn’t the same as a UK mpg.

    Also with the speedo that over reads by a huge margin. It’s all a bit irrelevant.
