To answer my own question I contacted Avon, sounds like there may of been an issue with the 'V' rated tyres as they have been 'Redeveloped' and are in the final stages of development and will be in production very soon according to Avon..

Explains why I can only find 'T' rated rears at the moment.

I do no offroading so I hope this is not out of place.  The Dunlop Roadsmart III tires have proven to be the best tire I have put on 3 unique bikes, lightweight, middleweight, and now a heavyweight...well I think the VFR is a heavyweight.
