    Went to Snowdonia
    The Emporor and me
    Just to see what
    We could see.
What a day out I had, a few motor way miles to make it possible but we'll worth it,Headed for Ruthin then betyse coed, and Capel currig then just followed my nose into and around Snowdonia, then finished up taking lunch in Caernarfon, a total of 370 miles in all, fabulous day out that i would do again tomorrow

Seems like you had a good day!

Was thinking about riding up to Welsh Wales and spending a couple of days crossing the Brecons, Snowdonia and down the west coast-  must get around to it soon - particularly as the suggested Ypres trip (2nd World tour) appears to have stalled.

I'm thinking of having a couple of days in Wales in July.

If the weathers fine and I have a day to myself I’ll very often find myself in Wales. I think you’ll be hard pressed to find many better places to ride in the U.K. and  with a bit of knowledge you’ll even find great empty roads to enjoy. I love it.

Being in South Shropshire, we are only a few miles from the Welsh border, so Spend a lot of timing riding there.
As Hartley says, near empty roads are easy enough to find. I'm self employed, so can take a day off in the week when the traffic is even quieter . . . . . In fact, I only have two jobs booked in today, so 11.30 or so I'll be heading off to the coast for lunch  :152:
