Hi just put a deposit down on a CT
« on: March 18, 2019, 10:10:18 PM »
Hi All
I am trading in my Crossrunner for a Crosstourer, the CR was nice but looking for a bit more presence and a test ride nailed it for me. A 2015 white one with a few nice toys is on its way!

Looking forward to checking in and learning from the club

Keep safe
Cheers
Laurence

Hi,
I'm about a week ahead of you. Got mine last week and have been out 3 times so far. Really really like it. Just getting used to it and the 'sweet' shifting points. Mine is manual and i am very happy with it. I traded a goldwing f6c. That was a Very nice bike but it was too big and heavy really and i find the Crosstourer sooooooooo much more manageable pushing it back and forth in the garage. No regrets at all. Put on a sw motech sump guard that was quite expensive but fits perfectly and a pyramid plastics front mudguard extender. Again fitted perfectly. Well worth it. Not planning any more mods at all. I have found this forum very useful already. As we are coming to the party late and the bikes been out for 8 or 9 years now i think  any questions you have will be answered on here somewhere.
