The blade from a hacksaw and a few heavy duty cable ties.
The blade because a buddy chained our bikes together in Le Mans years ago and then broke the key in the lock!
The ties because if you have a little fall they can keep the fairing or other parts together safely.
They are aside from tyre bungs, jack roll, multi tool etc essentials.

    Tyewraps, duck/gaffa/bodge tape.
Punture repair kit and mini compressor.
I stick a multitool and a Swissarmy knife in the tool kit.
Small microfibre cloth to wipe the bike down if its rained over night etc

Couple of things ive used that are a little out of the ordinary.
Little usb charging pack, just incase your phone/intercom/camera goes flat, i have one of these, got Senna on it so extra cool:

But the one thing that weve used a lot on our last three trips, thats been a godsend is a little cool bag, just big enough to fit in a couple of half litre bottles of water. Keep it in the top box keeps the water cool all day.

All of the above plus travel kettle, tea bags, long-life milk and a mug :-) Never leave home without them.

If you are going to Switzerland and / or Italy they don't always use Euro sockets in Hotel rooms so you might want a couple of adaptors as they are different from each other.

Wet wipes/baby wipes..... essential to clean your hands after any minor work you might need to do on the bike.....
Small enough to pop under the seat, and cheap.
