    Puncture repair kits?

Last weekend, whilst out with a few mates, one of the guys ended up with a puncture.

I’ve carried a Rema kit on my bike for years, this was the first time I’ve ever used it.

    https://www.mandp.co.uk/bike-it-puncture-repair-kit.html

It worked fine and my mate got home though I didnt use the canisters as I carry a small compressor on the CT.

The only issue I’d say is that the tube of glue they supply is so small that I think you’d only get one repair out of it.

I’ve just ordered one of these:

Wondering what anyone else carries, ( if anything)

Hi, I have a stop & go,I tested it out on my sons tyre when he was fitting a new one, we turned a screw into it and then repaired it and it worked fine. Shortly after my other son got a puncture as he was leaving Lincolnshire and heading home to Cheshire so I was confident we could make a good repair, and we did. I also have a small compressor which I keep in a tool bag under the rear carrier, Both sons have also now got the same set up. Peace of mind for a few quid.

Bike Seal, check the you tube videos.  Our mechanics have no problem with it. I'll will update when I renew my tyres and tubes for any signs of puncture prevention and will refill with Bike Seal. Works with tubed and tubeless and seals holes up to 15mm. So far so good  :002:

Got bike seal in all of my bikes (and car) bought a 20L tub, so need to use it, it water soluble , so no problem with getting rid of it come tyre change time.

The problem with tyre sealant is that you dont know you've had a leak.  I'd rather have a leak and then make a decision on whether it will develop into a catastrophic failure or not.

My mini compressor fits in a little bag between my tailing and rear rack and tyre repair kit kits under seat.

:460: Hartley as this has rung alarm bells in the head as not thought about it before so will also be ordering that puncture plugging kit.
I am also interested in this small compressor idea. Could you possibly post a link for one. 👍
