    Well
Today I have signed up to do the Iron But challenge on the 16th June this is in aid of raising funds for the Royal British Legion.

It's a 1000 miles in 24 hours endurance run that any nut job like me can apply for.

There are 6 routes all starting from Squires cafe and ending at same I am doing the northern route.

Any one interested get in touch and I will pass you the details. :174:m

But it's Butt not but  :140:

    Personally I think you've got to be a bit  :112:  :033:to do that. I don't think I could do it .

Anyway, reading last weeks MCN featuring John Cox you clearly won't be the only one on a CT . Good luck !  :188:

    Well

I agree it is not to every ones idea of fun and took me ages to finally pluck up the courage to do this but being ex military its embedded in me to help my fellow veterans

And if that requires me to to go through the pain barrier I will , would have been nice to of had a travelling companion but hey and by the way the reason its may be spelt incorrectly is due to stupid predicted text would not allow me to add 2 t,s

Iam just glad I have a new CT to do it on some are doing this on 125cc and Scooter, s now they are off their heads.

    Hi Big Bob

Had to laugh at that one I suppose we are just a bunch of whimps but at least we don't have to worry about things like kangaroo and things.

Still what would be the equivalent in the land of Oz  :008:
