    R&G radiator guard

I have just fitted a R&G rad protector/guard, nice looking piece of kit, but there is a approx 1/2" gap down the right hand side(looking from front), left is spot on,
Sent pics to R&G at their request,  first chap says, could be a rogue one, then their technical manager says they are like this so they fit all?
then offered to make and supply me with a spacer to centralise the guard and have an equal gap each side.
I like the product, but not the fit,

my question is does anyone have a picture of their r&g guard fitted, are there any gaps?
they have offered me a refund, but I cannot find a guard I like better
before anyone asks I cannot post pics on here
    cheers steve

I do not have a R&G brand radiator protector so I have no pics. I have the radguard brand radiator protector, go to radguard.com they have pics of this one on there web site. If you get a refund you might like this one better than R&G.

My new DCT arrives on Monday and I would like to fit a radiator guard as soon as possible.
Can anyone confirm that the DCT radiator guard and the manual radiator guard are the same as one website says they are different.
Also, has anyone got a recommendation for the best radiator guard.

    I have an R&G fitted, and there's a gap.

I'm not sure it's as much as 1/2 inch though; possibly 1/4 inch.  I'll check.
