SC10U Sena Helmet Bluetooth
« on: December 12, 2017, 05:48:02 PM »
I have a Schuberth E1 and today fitted the above Bluetooth system - however (not riding please note) the phone does not seem to ring inside the helmet! Has anyone else noticed this or am I missing something?

I have the 10U with a C3 Pro, and all works as expected (with my iPhone), the exception being that I can't answer calls with my voice.  I have to press a button on the remote, which I don't have a problem with.

I have used the SENA SMH10 for several years. I also have a ZUMO 660LM. I connect everything through the ZUMO. My phone is synced to the GPS unit. The only direct connection that I have with the SENA is to another SENA device.

I can receive and make calls, hear the phone ring over the SENA, listen to music and if so inclined listen to GPS directional info.

I followed the connections setup from the ZUMO instructions for these connections. Only used the SENA sync for the ZUMO connection and the other bluetooth headset.

I may have to actually ride the bike and see if it works - next expense is a GPS that works with it   :112:

Thanks for the comments though  :028:

Watching this thread with interest as considering purchasing a Sena 10u unit to fit my new recently acquired Shoei Neotec.  :028:

All working as advertised now - I didn't have my phone set properly (RTFI). Great reception/clarity and answering the phone via the remote is a godsend.

Best £700 I have spent this year    :305:   Thanks for your help people  :028:
