    CT in the PNW

Hello all!  I'm picking up my new 2016 VFR1200X on Friday and am really looking forward to it!  I live in the northern suburbs of Seattle, and unusually enough it looks like we're going to have a rain-free stretch of a week or more...so I'll plug in the heated vest and head out on the road, maybe check where the snow line is in the Cascades.
Glad to be part of the CT community, thanks to all who have taken the time to post their experiences, tips and reviews.  If there are any other riders in the area who'd like to take advantage of the periodic nice riding days we'll have between now and ...May?...drop me a line and we'll plot a route!

    Congrats and welcome from Tennessee!

I picked up mine in June and it's been a most-excellent companion in my various tours this summer.   I'm still smitten after 7k miles.

I picked mine up on 11/3/2017 and currently have clocked 1200 miles here in Colorado. What a great no frills MC. This MC really fits my needs and the style of riding my wife and I do throughout the year. We typically go to 6 to 10 different places in the US. We haul the bikes on a trailer behind our bus and then to 2 to X number of days riding, coming back to a home base each night.

This MC fits that ticket perfectly.

Nice to another convert stateside.  We are the few....  I got mine last March and have 10.5K on it.  I find it is a very nice well rounded bike.  It does everything well.
Bikes are like women.  What you want and what you think you want change after the first ride.
