Mounting & dismounting..... is it me?

I am having problems dismounting my bike and it's the only thing about the CT that gives me concern.  I'm not small at 6 feet tall, 32" inside leg, but I do find that I sometimes have problems getting my right leg back over the pillion seat when dismounting.  I've not ridden the bike much with the panniers in place, but I anticipate more problems both getting on and getting off when I do.  Adding a tank bag will make the problem insurmountable (sorry!!).  Others don't seem to have difficulty - perhaps I need to take some exercise classes to loosen up?  Any suggestions?
Just love my HONDA Crosstourer dct, and my manual TDM900.

I just about managed the CT (I am 6ft 1) but because of chronic back problems it was painful. Now with the AT which is slightly higher at the back I now have to stand on the foot peg with the side stand down which has a 'big foot' fitted. The general consensus at the café and the mechanics is should take the weight (nearly 18 stone before riding gear) and so far so good ( 8 months), but a few advise against it. I have no choice but I do keep a regular check on the side stand for any signs of metal fatigue.

6 feet here also. I always get on off from the right side..... For some reason I find it easier.

I park it against railings at work so getting off on the right side suits me.

I am taller than you and always use the left peg to get on and off.  Big foot for stand suggested.

Exactly what I do,  6' 3" tall,  13 stones/182lbs,  left peg and swing quickly over towards the right side , big foot fitted, the side stand easily takes the extra load of me which is adding 28% to the bikes weight alltho' the stand is only seeing a fraction of the bike and my weight,  it's pretty meaty,

I'm 5 foot 11 and don't have any issues.  I tent to keep hold of both grips and lean forward over the tank.

Getting on, I lead with my knee and then rub my boot with bent leg lightly accross the pillion seat.  Pretty much the reverse for getting off.
