Hi everybody, got my 64 plate camo highlander on Thursday from Bolton Motorcycles, only 4,800 miles on it and in fantastic condition, traded in my BMWR850R for it as my wife has now discovered the joys of being a pillion and we're looking forward to some decent weather and some trips out to the east coast and Scotland.
Forum looks to be a friendly place with lots of information and tips to get the best out these wonderful machines, absolutely love it so far!

Hello from Leigh (AT owner now)

Before the wife gets covered in sh1te a common issue is the CT flings all the crap from the back wheel onto a pillions ar5e. Some wise members have fitted a 'ducktail' or similar to stop it happening

    Ian.

And another :400: from Shropshire.  Fitted a ducktail to cut down the spray. Also fitted the mod with the BMW mudguard describes under ‘some accessories. Works a treat. Lots of useful information on the forum and enjoy the bike.  I love the CT for the touring bike I wanted and my wife is starting to ride pillion a little more. Not sure whether that is a good or bad thing.  :008:
