    Hi all.

The Crosstourer has gone yesterday so I have a few bits to sell. They are all like new.

R&G radiator guard. This one https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/108641

Only done about 100 miles with it fitted and I ACF50'd it before fitting as well.

    £45.00 ***SOLD****

MRA Vario dark tint screen. This one https://www.bikehps.com/acatalog/Honda_VFR1200X_Crosstourer_2012-2015_MRA_Adjustable_Motorcycle_Touring_Screens.html

Again only fitted for a couple of rides. It was the best screen I tried, Traded the bike with the Honda Touring fitted.

    £70

Givi Tool case that fits under the rear rack above the lights. ******SOLD ******

    This one http://www.modulemoto.co.uk/givi-accessories/givi-xs1110r-vfr1200x-crosstourer-tool-bag.html

Happy to post in the UK at your cost or will meet up for a brew etc.  :031:

    Hi Syntec,

Don't need any parts at the moment, but interested to know what bike you've changed to. CT not hitting the mark for you?

    Cheers

    Hi

The CT is a great bike. It is just a little too 'appliance' like for me. I had an Xt1200 for 35k and i miss the raw edge of a twin. The Honda is also lacking in cruise control and electronic suspension. Im also a bit fed up of the whole ADV bike thing. I have been riding them since before it was trendy as i like the riding position and compliant  suspension. I just needed a change. I had a brief fling with a CB1000r last summer and loved it but no luggage meant carrying camera gear was a PITA. I have just picked up a Diavel with Panniers which should do the trick. [emoji4] I think i will also pick up a crf250l for a bit of lightweight fun and some greenlaning too.

Nice choice Syntec, always liked the Diavel but never tried one. Key requirement for me is comfortable two up touring. If I didn't need pillion capacity and practicality of the CT I'd maybe cast the net a little wider myself. That said, DCT CT ticks all the boxes for me at the moment.

Safe riding and stay in touch.

    Cheers

Hi Syntec.... I'll take the rad guard if you still have it?  Picked up my CT last week and nearly went for a Diavel, but the occasional 170 mile round trip to work pushed me towards the CT in the end  :002:

    Where are you based?

    Cheers,
    Dom.
