There seem to be a few small ones around but prices are high when compared to traditional tents!  The Heimplanet Fistral looks great, but at over £400 it's bloody expensive for a 1-2 man tent!!

I like the idea of getting it up quickly in the dark  :164:

Sounds good, my only worry would be that it would keep going down on you all night.
May be ok if you can get it up quickly though.  :138:
keep it shiny side up !!!

.......said the actress to the bishop. [emoji3]

My tent only takes about 5 minutes to put up. Most of the time is staking out the guy ropes. Presumably, you'd still need to do this with inflatable tent, especially on a windy day.

I was looking at these but I read too many times that they were heavy and bulky for taking on the bike. I opted for the Kyham biker and Im so glad. It just pops up in seconds and is very well built.

I have just borrowed a Khyam Igloo for a forthcoming rally and i put it up in 5 minutes this morning having never seen it before. Granted it would need spragging down still but i was very impressed as its all folding joints and the whole framework stays attached.... a bit like an umbrella

I bought a s/hand Peridot Ambience inflatable. Beautiful tent.
I tried using the manual stirrup style pump but was knackered before I got very far with it, so I bought a Vango electric pump to run off the bike.

(You'll see my comments added below the video)

Worked fine, but tent and pump took up too much luggage space on the bike.
I'll keep it for car camping though.

Best tent I've found since is a tipi style single pole MegaHorn II (now superseded by III)

Hi Biker Mike, that cheered me right up, i was looking for Barry from the chuckle brothers to pop out of the tent at any time.  :745:

On a serious note, would it not be better for the ground sheet to be pegged out before you pump it up. i understand how difficult that looked as well.  :139:

Nice one Mike, thanks for posting.  :028:  :031:

keep it shiny side up !!!
