Hi folks. Picking up my new (to me) crosstourer next week.

Here it is.  14K miles. Highlander edition.  This bike has been tickling my fancy for a couple of years. So I've bitten the bullet and bought it.

    Honda Crosstourer

I'm based up in Shetland. Had a few adventure bikes in the past. Vstroms, Versys, etc. Last bike was a Tiger 955i. Before that a Sprint 1050.  Looking forward to see how the Honda compares. This is my first shaft drive, so that will be interesting.

Here's my Tiger I've just sold - I think I've done everything to it you could do...
    Sandwick, Orkney

    triumph tiger 955i by ,

    me ole Vstrom 650

    Glamis Castle

I like a bit of off roading

    vstrom 650, Ronas Hill Shetland

I tour scotland most summers and go to quite a few rallies, but nowhere has roads as good as home    :007:  Im also a windsurfer and play the mandolin. I have been known to partake in the occasional dram.  :821:

Cheers in advance for any advice I will be asking you guys  :008:

Ride safe, ride hard and enjoy the miles , im sure you'll love the CT, so happy riding my good man.
I love the roads up your neck of the woods, driven to Orkney Isles many times and love the roads, but alas iv'e never ridden up there, that must change.
     :028: :031:
