    Hi Fat Bert

CT - radiator and engine: 3,67l + reserve tank: 0,4l
DCT - radiator and engine: 3,94l + reserve tank 0,4l

Because the DCT has an extra oil cooler that the CT doesn't.
On the CT the coolant leaves the water pump directly to the cylinder heads and on the DCT part of the coolant goes there but other part passes throughout that extra oil cooler and goes to the cylinder heads after.

Moreover, the recommended coolant is a high quality ethylene glycol containing silicate-free corrosion inhibitors.

The standard concentration is 50% mixture with distilled water.

    Hope it helps.

Well thanks for that info Vasco, I have the DCT and the Honda workshop manuals, but have not needed them yet!

Good to know that the DCT has been given some extra cooling.

If you use genuine honda coolant which i did, its the same stuff they use in their cars, so if you have a honda car dealer which is nearer than the bike garage you can pick it up from there and i believe was a bit cheaper  :087:
