The bodis exhaust, incredibly noisy with the dbkiller and unusable without.
I mounted it several times on my CT but every time I disassembled it the same day, it is unusable here in Paris.

I installed an akra that is going well since.

This is a tourer/adv bike. If you do ANY distance at all a loud exhaust will be... well, exhausting. Honestly I had one on a GS I bought. Luckily I also got the original with the bike. Did less than 50kms before I switched back to the factory unit.

If you want to really make yourself heard, just take the silencer off  :005:

But seriously though why on earth would you want a seriously loud exhaust, surely a headlight + spotlights + sensible clothing + the size of the CT alone gives ample road presence, all a loud exhaust does is attract the wrong type of attention and give fuel to the "anti social bikers" brigade.  :138:

A loud can isn't something that's ever appealed to me either. Just before I bought my first CT I test rode a Super Tenere, good bike but fitted with a ridiculously loud can. As I rode through the town I could see people looking at me and it wasn't with approval. I felt it embarrassing.
Granted, some do look good, save weight and sound nice without being offensive.
