The horn is great!! It is still pretty loud inside the fairing and is 100's of times better than the stock horn. Its a bit of a long process to take everything apart to run the wire direct to the battery but well worth the effort.

Thanks for that, looks good. I had the panel off to wire in my satnav a few months back but I can't remember if the area where the horn is mounted is taken up by the auxiliary wiring harness (for heated grips etc) on the Uk Highlander. Can anybody advise?

    Cheers

That panel is  jam packed on my 2015 with the gubbins for heated grips and fog lights..
I have a Stebel that I have split apart and also a new Screamin' Banshee that I plan to try and squeeze in somewhere...(one or the other..not both  :038: ) but so far I can't find anywhere suitable... :021:

Thanks Bob. That's what I thought, bit of head scratching required.

Are these aftermarket horns waterproof enough to be exposed to the elements and, if so has anybody mounted one in a more prominent position on a CT?

No, mine (Stebel Nautilus) even stopped working in that place after 2,5 years.... :232:
