Maybe the guy was trying to be helpful and check if the tyre would wear less quickly if running the opposite way?

The good mechanic that left went to Suzuki. I moved from BMW to Honda because the BMW customer service was patchy. I'm doing about 15k per year on the Crosstourer so i'll be ready for a change in when the service plan expires. Which manufacturer next, that's the question. I think most manufacturers fall down on the servicing.

I might just home spanner my bike when its out of warranty. Knowing my luck it'll fall on me.  :038:

Mine won't last beyond 3,500 miles riding aggressive and a good bit of 2-up with a loaded bike.

No way I would ever buy these tires. 

I would routinely get 10k miles out of Anakee 3's.  Much better bang for my buck.
