Are these the strange cloth covers that wrap around the forks ?

hi should have been a bit more specific something that cover the forks and stops muck getting on

There are various types but have not fitted anything myself although I do have some silicone tubes that wrap around the Fork legs and cleans the exposed chrome portion. Name escapes me atm but I can have a look if you are interested?
