Yep, I need to find a used 2 up bike. The wife doesn't like the CT either. She wants to start riding again as our kid is getting older, soon it will be just us two. I am leaning towards a BMW K1200LT, they can be had on the used market for next to nothing and have a great pillion. Either that or a used Victory Vision. I'm not sure how the ergos are on the BMW but the Vision is probably the most comfortable bike I have ever ridden, a real lazy boy recliner. .

Had a CT for 2 & 1/2 years now love it's easy mile crunching. I'm still getting jitters in low speed manoeuvres. It heavy!!

In reverse order my bike history

CBR1100XX 99 reg, early injection model. Awesome but hard on my wrists over long rides. Wish I'd had the space to keep it though.
CBR954R Fireblade. Mainly track use.
CBR600FSport
Yamaha R1 - turned out to be a wrong un!
Kawasaki ZX9R c2
Honda VFR750
Honda CB500 twin

Plus 2 x KTM 400 EXC & GasGas 400 enduro

Loved every minute with them

Except maybe the gas KTM which would run sometimes but drowning them can do that! 🙄😆

My previous bike was a 2005 Harley Davidson Screaming Eagle VRod.
A very fast enjoyable bike that did not fit any particular category, neither a cruiser nor a sport bike.
Nevertheless it was a beautiful, well made motorcycle.

Hey Gregonz, that last one really looks familiar, my last bike was an ST1300a as well. Great bike, had it for 10 years with no issues.

Yes great bike...my wife doesn’t go on rides much anymore so sold it on to get something a bit lighter and nimble. Loving the CT already :152: :152:

The dog will miss the old ST though.....
