Side Stand
on: October 19, 2015, 10:09:39 PM
Hi all
Only had my 2013 since July and have found a small issue with the kick stand. When I purchased the bike the suspension had been lowered by 40mm ( too low ) so I got the dealer to raise it back up, now i have discovered that the kick stand has had a section removed while it was lowered. Does anyone know the correct length of the Kick stand so I can get a section welded back in.

Or you could just buy a new side stand, any weakness in a weld will result in more than the price of a new stand.

I think the side stand is too short as standard. It adds to the feeling of weight trying to push it off the side stand, especially full of petrol, parked up a hill  :006:
