Suspension again

Going to keep my CT DCT for near future but need to make it fit me and the wife a bit better,going to fit 20mm rear drop links shorten side stand, drop forks 30mm,how much do i need off side stand???.also has anyone found seat too short as we have coming off a GTR 1400 the wife finds it difficult to get off because of her knackered knees.So going to get a different base plate made up to put back box 2inches farther back,any advise on these points please.Iam going to wait to see if Honda update the CT in next couple of years to make a good bike better.

30mm is too much to lower the front peter, try 10mm at first  :028: :305:

I fitted 30mm lower links on the rear and didnt lower the front forks seems to handle ok   or perhaps im just a slow rider
