Is that a fuel leak on the road?
on: July 21, 2015, 09:05:32 AM
I have the Honda touring screen on my CT which has an iridescent look in overcast weather conditions. This leads to me catching, what looks like a fuel leak on the road in front of me, but is actually just the screen in the corner of my eye! I know it's the screen but it is hugely disconcerting when rattling along the highways and byways particularly in damp conditions...does anyone else have this and has anyone managed to get rid of it but polishing / treating screen / tinting screen?

Never noticed it on my CT with touring screen but I testrode a Triumph Explorer in the wet and agree that this phenomenom is very disconcerting to see  :151:

Is yours a genuine Honda screen?

It is a Honda screen, it's not up to much either!

Make the 'template' for in front of the tank and buy the Givi airflow as that one seems to have the most support from owners (I have an MRA vario with spoiler that suits me fine  :152:) visor up touring at motorway speeds!!!
