Arrow exhaust and mid pipes

Hello everybody,  forgive my bad english!

Im interested in buy a arrow exhaust but on ebay they also sale a mid pipe,  it cost +/- 100€, what will i gain with the mid pipe? And with both thinks,  would i gain 5hp?

Your original can is one piece so you cant use that pipe
You will think you've gained 5hp due to the sound.
