Hi from Brisbane Australia
on: July 04, 2015, 07:43:37 AM
Hi there, new to the forum. The CT is my first ADVSport bike but my 5th V4 Honda. I was looking for a reliable pack mule for long range 2 up touring. I don't plan on doing that much dirt riding but there are plenty of places in AUS where you need to ride dirt if you want to get some interesting places.
I've got plenty of mates with Big KTM's, Ducati's, Triumphs etc and between them there always seems to be recalls, failing sensors and bits breaking.
I like low tech, reliability, good build quality, V4 smoothness wanted a shafty.
I do like this bike, A LOT.

The problem we face in Australia is you don't need to go far off the major roads to lose phone coverage. So unless you are carrying satellite phone or UHF, a reliable bike is the best assurance you can have.
