Plastic Fairing pins
on: May 10, 2015, 08:51:09 PM
Yep!

Already lost one of the little sh*ts!

First time of taking the side panel off - ting - off it flies - black plastic against an all-black background [no - not the Rugby Team]

15 minutes later and with all the skin ripped off my knuckles I conclude that, yet again, as proven from my BlackBird days, the mighty "Fairing God" has struck again

If it helps have a look on FleaBay, item 311309602838

10 of the little sods for just £2.15 delivered free and inside 3 days - much cheaper than Honda dealer or David Silver

I was so excited that I ripped the plastic envelope open just as a gust of wind gained strength.  The dance that occured looked like a break dance performed by a tourettes sufferer high on Red Bull

I managed to retrieve 8.5 out of 10 of the little sods - be warned

Had same problem. Only difference is that had to pay 3€ for single piece at local dealer.

At the ebay price, it's worth buying "just in case"

And, yes, they do fit!

Yesterday it was marked as being the last one. Today, I see they have 2 left. They change it every day I guess!
But good for you, you could get some.   :028:
