Nice one Geoff, was reading an article about touring in Ireland the other day. Looks like one to do.

Hi Geoff, we did it on the CT 2 years ago and we went to the places you have just mentioned. Connemara, Dingle Peninsular and the Ring of Kerry were just great. Hope you have a great time. All I know is that we will be back!

I Did the Co.Wicklow last May with my mate Dave, me on the ct and him on his bmw gs . . . We stayed at a fantastic B and B in Rathdrum called Jacobs Well . . . Highly recommended . . So going back this time with a few others to do the other side and then returning to Jacobs Well for the last two days . . . Can't wait !

Bring plenty of cash for beer!!  :031: Im from NI but live in Aberdeen now. We used to head over to Galway for  cheap weekend but now you pay upward of 6 quid a beer in the bar and 3-3.50 a tin in the shops!!  :232: Damn euro  :232:

Stunning countryside. We lived in a place called Ahakista (Christy Moore lived behind us and Graham Norten had a house down the road) . Sheeps head peninsula, Bantry Bay, Skibereen, Schull up along the coast to Kinsale, stunning areas and loads of small C roads over the mountains and so-on.
Tomorrow is promised to no one...

Should've gone a week earlier and taken in the NW200. :028:
