New bike on Sunday - any recommendations?
« on: February 23, 2015, 06:14:58 PM »
Hey ho Folks,

Im picking up my Black DCT Highlander on sunday, I heard it was the fastest version  :062:

I live way up the north east in Aberdeen Scotland and so have plenty of cold weather and salt on the roads. Would anyone recommend any extra additions to the bike? I see plenty of discussion about rear hugger/rear suspension.

It would be great to learn from you experiences so far!!

I look forward to posting up my first ride route too  :190: :305: :190:

Hi Iian congrats on getting your new bike you will love it , must haves are fender extender , radiator guard , pyramid hugger and shock sock . Oh and give it a good spray with acf 50 that will protect from the salt and sh#t on the roads , then when the salts gone from all the roads wash it with cold water . Enjoy , get my new one on sundat to  :305:
