Hello all from Ireland (Lisgoold)

Hi all,
Just back from the uk with my DCT XT. 43 yr old Irishman riding practically every day for the last 18 years ( icy roads excepted!!). I must say its a small bit strange driving an automatic. Anyone else find this? I'm still not used to going into a bend not exactly knowing what gear the bike has me in!! Love the power and comfort. Will post a pick when I have a decent one.

Hi, You will soon get used to it, try changing down a gear (or two) with the down button, before you go into the bend, or, if your into a section of bends, switch into manual.

On a road I know well its not a prob but when you come around a bend that tightens up and you're looking for the button that I'm afraid of!!! Is the foot gear changer worth getting I wonder??
