Dont know where abouts you are but i found Dobles by far the best deal i was offered on a new bike. Deliver too. Might be worth a call.

Paul

Rochdale Honda have their 63 plate DCT demo bike, with 125 miles on it, for sale at £10,395.
01706 640626 ask for Stuart.
I bought their manual demo model in October 2013. Same sort of mileage same sort of saving over list price.
They'll deliver as well.
Regards

Keith

The DCT in Rochdale is a 2013 bike without the 2104 upgrades, Traction settings, ECU updates, self cancelling indicators etc.  Also it has no heated grips centre stand etc, a completely standard bike. Depend what you are after?

Grantham Vertu Honda in Linc's have a black all standard DCT special edition in as well. It's a 2014 model with delivery miles only, and they have got it discounted to £11.300 which is what I paid for mine 2yrs ago.

Their number 01476 576111  Mick Jordan gave me the heads up about it.

Thanks for the replies.

I've seen the Rochdale one online,  it was nearer to 11k so it's starting to look like a good deal - however it is the 2013 bike with no extras,  I've test ridden the '14 bike,  can anyone who's ridden both comment on whether the dct/tc upgrade is noticeable / worth hanging on for.?

The bike local to me is a 2014 demonstrator with 350 mile on it,  zero extras,  asking £12k reduced to £11,6  - it's a good bike but once you add heated grips, centre stand and top box costs It starts to look less attractive vs a new one.   (I don't think much of the dealer either,   sales guy suggested i try the dct crossrunner - I said I'd love to, but Honda don't make one!   :164:)

I think I'm going to hold on until I see a well equipped 2014 bike come up for a good chunk less than new prices.

P.

P,
I bought a 2014 model DCT Highlander 3000 miles, 6 months old with all the extra's plus an akrapovic can and a host of aftermarket extra,s,  for far less than you are looking at spending. Have you thought of buying privately and saving a chunk from the dealer prices

Justin - yes private would be great at the right price - just haven't seen any listed yet.
