5 most hate things about CT
« on: May 13, 2014, 06:31:48 PM »
Just to get it off our chests, what are your 5 pet hates of your CT?

1. Wooden Brakes (wish it had an anti dive feature like the RT)
2. No electric adjusting screen
3. High tick over - especially in gear
4. Fuel gauge - 2 bars (plenty fuel) straight to 1 flashing bar (oh sh*t) annoys me every time!
5. Fussy heated grips button

That feels better.....

 :005:Negative - not happening!

I really like my CT and doesn't matter what you own, you always find some character!

Fair play, the grips are not as easy to operate as I would like and the brakes are lacking feel.

But the reason I change my bike so often is because it is easy to find fault with all bikes.

I don't hate anything about the CT. The more I use it the more I love it.

The brakes are  more than fine, particularly the linked rear is great in corners. The diving can be moderated by tuning the suspension. For me (86Kg)  setting fork rebound to max and hardening up the preload slightly stops the diving.

The heated grips are minimalist but at least they are not ugly.

Actually, I agree, there is nothing I 'hate' about the bike.
