Experiences with www.numeriqueavenue.com ?
on: November 05, 2013, 09:13:33 AM
Is there anybody here who has experiences with a French webshop www.numeriqueavenue.com ?
Their prices for actioncams like Gopro Hero 3 and 3+ are very good but i hadn't heard off this website before  :027:.
Therefore, anybody who knows them because go there (close to Toulouse) to pick it up is no option for me  :008: ?

Nickel, never seen that site as well, but I had a quick look together with my best friend Google!
Here is wat I found: If you buy something there, you will get it, but take into account that what you buy is grey import from Asia. This means that you won't have the European warranty.
For the Gopro 3 Black Edition, the difference is  more than € 100 !

Hey landgenoten,

There is a new kid in town.
The Garmin Verb. With image stabilizer and I think a better mount for the camera.
More on Youtube and Google.

Yep big difference in price.
On their site though, they claim to give 2 year warranty.  Btw, how do you know it's grey import from Asia (link)? Does this influence the quality of goods? Don't know, I'm just asking....

Hei Luc,
Like you say, it's a (total) new kid in town. Haven't found any real reviews of it and i think it doesn't come with a remote like the gopro hero 3 black or the Drift HD Ghost.
Anybody here who has experiences with the AEE actioncams SD21 or S50 ? Looks a lot like the gopro.

Well, I checked different forums. They all talk about not having the European papers included in the box, no European manuals, different quality of boxes etc.
It's not because it is coming from Asia that the quality is not so good! They come from Asia anyway!

I've got the HD Drift 1024. Quality is good but absolutely not the best. The quality, even on 1024px is much better on other products like the GoPro. Maybe the Drift Ghost is better? It should be.
BUT, there is one great advantage on the Drift. You can turn the lens so the horizon is always straight.
The mount on the Garmin is also better.

I own a Drift HD. The video quality is really good. Love the lens' rotation.

I do not own one but my friend has AEE SD21. Watched his vids, the quality was there.

Its hard to decide. All those new cams video qualities are at least satisfactory. If I were you, I would check other stuff like remote control, housing, battery life, mounting etc.
average on my VFR1200X

Bikes owned: CBF250 - '08 V-Strom DL650 - '09 ST1300 Pan European - '13 VFR1200X - '14 Fazer 8

Hi Eltar

Little question. I'm coming to Antalya soon for a short holiday (just a week doing nothing with the misses with no motorbike :031:). How are the prices there in your country for a Gopro Hero 3 or 3+ black edition. Similar to us in Belgium of better ?
You know a good reliable place in Antalya for such equipment ?
Thx for your advice
Grtz
