Hi all,
I am a convert, I have been riding a Honda Blackbird since 2004, had a test ride on a Cross Tourer lasts Friday and done the deal, picking up a nearly new Crosser this Friday with only 300 miles on the clock. At 54 I am stating to get aches after long rides, recently had a week riding up to the Lake District then rode around all week then back to Warwickshire, the wife and I had a few aches and pains. Tested a Crosser and loved the riding position, wifey doesn't know yet, in fact she may not know until the next ride out.
First mod will be to lower it 30mm to accommodate my stumpy legs followed by A huger and rack kit for my existing Givi V35 panniers which will look a little less agricultural.
I will post some more comments in about a month.

I have some 30mm lowering plates for the CT rear suspension if you wanna try them out?

it will save you buying some as I went for a lowered seat instead

let me know if you want to borrow them for a bit before deciding :305:
