Pyramid Hugger read before you buy
on: September 30, 2013, 07:13:47 PM
To those whose thinking of getting one of these..........
Got my new, carbon fibre rear hugger from Pyramid delivered today so, rushed home to fit it.
Guess what, the left side of the hugger`s tab wont sit on top of the swing-arm plastic moulding so obviously the holes wont line up !!!!
Does this sound familiar ???? email (and hugger) on its way back to Pyramid.......

Oh terrific, I've got one, though not carbon, sitting in the garage waiting to be fitted.

You might be ok Hartley. Mines a black shiny plastic one and its been on the bike for 16 months now and all lined up when it was fitted so English Bikers experience does sound odd. Hope he gets it sorted out.

Cheers guys, ill try and get it fitted this week.

Barrie,
went for the pyramid hugger in the end as Ive had Pyramid bits before and they've been ok, i like the idea of it running below the swing arm to offer the shock a little more protection and i thought a black hugger would match the front mudguard too.
Not forgotten about the offer of meeting up, been away for a few weeks.
