Handle bar clamp torque setting.

I'm going to knock up a GPS mount that I plan to mount above the handle bar clamps,using spacers and longer bolts.
Does anyone know the standard torque for the handle bar clamp bolts please.

20 lbf-ft. tighten front bolts first with center punch mark then tighten rear. hope that helps
