selling
on: September 22, 2013, 05:40:40 PM
Asking for advise on the best place to advertise my Crosstourer for sale.
I've decided to let it go as I work at sea so when the weather is good I'm out there at work unfortunately when it's bad it's also to bad to get the bike out.
I've only managed to cover 500 miles on it in the last 12 months so have decided it's to much outlay to have it as a ornament.

Personally I have bought and sold vehicles with success on eBay over the years, only £10 to advertise and a limit of about £40 if it sells

Place a good ad on here for it...... what I mean is a well worded add with a decent price and PLENTY of photographs (you will never sell it without plenty of photographs).
If not - Ebay or Bike trader.

Gumtree or Pistonheads  - that will get you an advert for free or failing that give Biketrader or MCN a go. I've never failed with any of those...

Hey NorthSea,
When you post a reply, or start a topic you will see a selectable at the bottom left (just below the text box) in blue - 'Attachments and other options'. Click this and you will find an option to add photo files.
Hope this helps....
Cheers,
Viv
