Hi by Rustykings from Forster Australia
on: September 21, 2013, 07:08:38 AM
Hi to all new to your forum. Have had bikes for years presently my main bike is VFR1200 DCT have owned this for 2 years. This is my 2nd DCT 1st one lasted 6 days before I hit a kangaroo and wrote it off. Insurance was good to me and gave me another. Also have BMW1100RT XR250 and 5 Honda quad bikes (used in my business).

I wish to purchase a CT DCT but as yet none can be found in Australia. Have a test ride booked in for Monday on a manual not sure how I will like this but at least its a CT. I have a few dealers looking for me for a DCT.

Is there any others Australian forum members that can help me locate a DCT.

Thanks

Bikesales.com.au have a couple of POA listed for the DCT versions, three dealers I expect... try and call their bluff! G'Luck, know the feeling (although not chasing a DCT, but.....)  :028:

Hi Rustykings and  :400: to the forum.
My understanding from my local dealer is that ONLY manual CT is available in Australia - BTW - the manual is a huge amount of fun, let me know when you get one so we can link up for a ride.
