Genuine Honda Heated Grips.
on: August 30, 2013, 03:09:09 PM
Hi All.
Need some help regarding the Honda Heated Grips.
Am I Correct in thinking that if I Bought the Heated Grips I would get 2 X Grips and a Small Square Box(Relay I think), Part No 08T70-MGH-641.
I then need to Buy the Quartet Harness, Part No 08A00-MGH-640.

Is there anything else I need ?????

I'm reading that I need to Buy 3 different Part No's, Something about a Heated Grip Attachment Kit ???

Getting really confusing as loads of Conflicting Info on the Net and my Local Honda Dealer hasn't fitted any so No good asking them.

All The Best.

Yes mate, there's grips, interface unit and a wiring loom. It involves taking off the lhs front panel so be careful if fitting yourself, also I am aware of the junction box is not to be fitted with the plug in section pointing straight up and thats to stop the problem of water ingress causing an electrical short and ultimate failure.
