When it comes to riding in Germany
- don't speed in towns and villages - cameras everywhere (and it's dangerous)
- stay off the Autobahns - normal roads are great
- carry a first aid kit - the law - unopened - may be requested from the emergency services if needed - checks made when stopped - fine if not carried or opened
- carry a reflective vest - the law - fine if not carried
- plan a rough route - the B500 through Black Forest is worth a detour

Otherwise, just have fun.  :305:

Hi Allyscot

Is it Laveno on Lake Maggiore you're heading for in Italy? (See photo)

If so, do you have tours already planned from that location? Let me know if I can help.
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Nice trip Allyscot...

I was in the Schwarzwald (Black Forest) last week and the countryside is incredibly beautiful...also the roads very nice...take small roads to the peaks...beautiful sights and scenery...

Follow Doc's reccomendations and pay attention to cameras in small towns...really a lot...just make tourism and all will be fine...

And buy a Cuckoo clock..they are really wonderful... :001:

Have fun
