The Dolomites
on: July 13, 2013, 04:46:33 PM
Only 3 weeks (5th August) until I head for the Dolomites with my son for 10 days. It'll be his first long bike tour - he can't wait to take his NC700S up those passes!

We're going down through the Eifel and the into the Black Forest for an overnight stop before carrying on to our basecamp for 7 nights - the Bischofhof Hotel in Klausern. We have some great routes planned.

Anyone else in the area from 5-14 August? If so, we could meet up.

Thanks Stefan. I've already told him that rain or shine we're going. Hotel is booked, Zumo programmed, and both our bikes have new shoes.

Roll on August  :046:

Planning on ending up in the Dolomites next summer for 4-5 days.

Have fun!
