I'm pretty sure it's not. I had my exhaust tailormade and the guy needed my bike while he allready had a model for the VFR...

Well the CrossTourer is also of course a VFR1200, but I'm guessing you mean whether the exhaust from the VFR1200F will fit the CT (VFR1200X). Can't be 100%, but I'm 99% sure they will not be interchangeable.
