Hey Mika,

Probably me heading for a hoon on the Stewarton Road ( my favourite) after getting the bike back from VD's.

Hope I was behaving myself. :034: :001:

Can't keep off the bloody thing!

Andy

PS Hey Doc you've got yer bike primered when you getting it painted?   :150:

Hi Andy

Know what you mean by the Stewarton Road, cracking wee run for me when time is tight.

Humbie Rd to Eaglesham, over the Moor down to Fenwick, on to Stewarton and back up to the Mearns

Virtually no traffic  :031:

Honda Crosstourer recall...

...apparently, Honda are re-calling all White Crosstourers, as Honda fears their owners have become delirious!

An expert on white said, "White is a colour, the perception of which is evoked by light that stimulates all three types of colour sensitive cone cells in the human eye in nearly equal amounts and with high brightness compared to the surroundings".

"Furthermore", he continued, "Scientists consider black to be the absence of light (and colour if you like) and white to be the presence of all colours. Fine artists, on the other hand, believe the complete reverse: white is the absence of colour".

Mmm...

A trick-cyclist contracted by Honda to find a solution to the problem seems to think they are allwhite really, and are most likely just suppressing a latent desire to own a silver, red or black one that wasn't available at the time they bought their bike.

Honda will be replacing all re-called white Crosstourers with a new colour - Pearl Undercoat White.

Wow, I'm glad I got a silver one now!   :745: :745: :745:
