No one in their right mind would sell off the CT after owning it. Those who did must be crazy  :112:.....  :745: :745: :745:

Well maybe a case of needs must or even a case of not able to afford an impulse purchase - I know I've done it before :-/

Some people maybe don't find what they are looking for. Each to his own.

I doubt I will let mine go before I do 100k+ on it. And after that, I doubt I will want to part with a motorbike I have ridden for so long, probably gonna keep it for a possible legendary status  :001:

Yes Eltar, you are correct....each to their own.
I've owned my CT for a few months now and enjoy it for 2up riding with Fifi. However, I don't think it free from faults and that it's the answer to my dream motorcycle.....but it does 'what it says on the tin' for me.  Which is comfy for 200-300 miles per day riding 2up etc.

I have already mentioned in another thread about shortfalls that I think the CT has (IMO of course). Therefore, I could totally see why someone might buy the CT and then sell it on after a short time.

Will I be selling mine soon.....I don't think so purely on cash flow issues alone. With that in mind I'm really hoping I don't like my friends new KTM as I might be tempted to change to KTM.

I'm not sure if my post makes sense...sorry!

I had my 6 week old xtourer up for sale - not due to financial reasons, but it just lacks 'soul'

I can't say it's a bad bike, 1450 miles and it does it all effortlessly and the engine is a peach.

Just bores the life outta me!  I plan to keep it as its too much to lose in such a short while. I'm getting itchy for another bike tho....
