After 6 weeks and 8000 kms, both front and rear need replacement. This tire is superb, I`m not too thrilled about the wear though. Will try a new set to be sure,  as this tire makes riding in wet conditions effortless.

I am only at 5.000 km after 5 weeks of owning the bike. I was undecided what to replace them with, and Conti Trailattack and Dunlop Trailmax were on top of my list.

8.000 km is not the best I guess. I ride roughly 25k kms a year, paying for one less set of tyres every year would be cool.

Let us know what you go with next please.

I ordered another TA2 set, I`ve been very busy with advanced riding courses during the last 4 weeks, burning rubber fast, hopefully next set lasts longer...

Our tarmac is smooth, not as rough as UK tarmac...

Due to delivery problems with the TA2 I had some battlewings fitted, never had a problem with them in the past and I doubt I`ll have them now. I know some people refer to them as deathwings but life`s a gamble anyway.

Trailwings were known as deathwings as they were terrible in the wet, think the Battlewings are okay as a tyre
